1. Who we are

This website is operated by Coach Charbel, a personal sales training and business development coaching brand. We are the controller of the personal information collected through this website. You can reach us at any time at mr.charbelkhalil@gmail.com.

We collect two kinds of information:

• Information you submit through our application forms — your full name, phone number, company name (when applying for your company), industry, social media handles, team size, and your answers to our qualification questions (such as price range, urgency, and the goals you share with us). When you book a call, we also pass your name to our scheduling service.
• Usage information — when you visit the website, Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel may collect information about how you interact with the site, such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and similar usage data, including through cookies.

We do not collect payment card details — no payments are processed on this website.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Process and evaluate your application for our training and coaching services;
• Contact you by phone or WhatsApp about the service you applied for, including booking and follow-up;
• Schedule and manage consultations and calls through Calendly;
• Understand how visitors use the website and improve it;
• Show you relevant advertising on Meta platforms through the Pixel.

4. Legal basis

We process your information with your consent when you submit a form, and for the legitimate purpose of providing and following up on the services you asked about. Our practices are aligned with Lebanese law on electronic transactions and personal data protection (Law No. 81 of 2018).

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services needed to run this website and deliver our services:

• Calendly — receives your name so you can book a call;
• Google Analytics — receives anonymous usage data;
• Meta (Facebook) — receives interaction data through the Pixel for advertising;
• YouTube — video embeds on our testimonials page; when you play a video, YouTube may process data under its own privacy policy.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep the information you submit until you ask us to delete it. If you would like us to remove your details, contact us and we will delete them within a reasonable time.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing mr.charbelkhalil@gmail.com. You may also withdraw your consent for follow-up contact at any time.

8. Cookies and tracking

This website uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which may set cookies or similar technologies to understand usage and support advertising. You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of analytics using the tools provided by Google and Meta.
